How to watch chinese subtitle?

When I drag the chinese subtitle file to the a movie,it comes out with many unicode but not chinese character. How can I fix that?

1. If it is a DVD that has built in Chinese subtitles, then click and play is all you need. If you are trying to use a software or online video site with separate subtitle files, then you likely need to download a Chinese Software Package, which is available free online also.
