why are movie subtitles not fully visible on me tv? i rip my movies to my ipod using winx dvd ripper to ipod. some movies have subtitles. in the ipod, the movies and the subtitles play fins and all the subtitles are visible. but when i play my ipod on the tv, the subtitles are about half visible! its like the tv blocks it or the movie doesnt quite fit on the tv. is there a way to make the whole subtitles visible in the tv and not blocked? can the problem be my tv?

It displays some weird fonts and characters that are not korean (or any other language for that matter.) it displays something like this: *%&%^%(^%&*YFU&^&*^(&). but when i look at my dowloaded srt and smi, the subtitles are correct, it's just when i burn it with the movie and play it on the DVD that it turns out wrong.
